Please note, floral gifts are being delivered with gloved hands (a white glove service!) and presented on a hand-over pedestal. If there is no answer, they will either be placed onto the recipient's doorstep or somewhere more accessible if stooping may be a problem, or left in a safe place (please give us clear instructions and we will accommodate).
