The "String of Hearts" trailing plant (also known as Ceropegia Woodii) is easy on the eye and easy to care for.

Water just once every 10 days. Let Woodii dry out between waterings and gently pull off any yellow leaves and untangle the strings. He likes a sunny spot so close to a window is perfect. 

Set in a copper and grey pot, this will perfectly complement our other Little Botanical "shelfies".
